Between 1919 and 1939, pioneer French airplane constructor Gabriel Voisin built expensive, high quality vehicles. Though Voisin preferred that his cars be equipped with practical, though angular coachwork that he designed and built in-house, he made chassis available for those who wished to have a custom body fitted. One of only two built, the well-balanced Figoni & Falaschi body on this Voisin was one of their first to be influenced by modern aerodynamic principles.
