Eelvisa

An artist who also works full-time as a midwife, Shelley often incorporates strong feminine imagery into her work. Eelvisa began as a male Eelvis but gradually evolved to resemble a punk-like female Presley fan. The second of Buschur's three Art Cars, Eelvisa is drivable, although it is used primarily in parades. Eelvisa’s vibrant colors and swinging tail make it a standout among Art Cars and enhances the pleasure Buschur derives from driving her outlandish creation.
