Presidents, Popes, Potentates
When acquired by an American collector during the 1960s, the 1939 Bugatti that originally belonged to the Shah of Iran was in near derelict condition. Its missing engine and fender skirts show that a royal pedigree does not always guarantee a vehicle will be well cared for once it leaves the protection of its influential original owner.
