1955 RANGER
Camp Trailer

Inexpensive compared to full size trailers, tent trailers were easy to tow and offered vacationers spacious accommodations when fully deployed. The streamlined Ranger could be opened in a matter of minutes by turning a hand crank located at the front to raise both the top and canvas side panels. Pulling out the rear “drawer” provided space for a twin bed. In an effort to minimize production costs by using as many readily available parts as possible, the Anaheim-built Ranger was fitted with 1953/54 Ford taillights.
