The classic era of the custom car in America lasted only about a decade, from 1945 to about 1955, but its stylistic impact continues to reverberate almost a half century later. To celebrate this dynamic era of automotive history, the Petersen Automotive Museum presents Kustoms with a "K" through April 2003.
