In the ten years since Margie and Robert E. Petersen founded the Petersen Automotive Museum, our collection has grown to include over 150 vehicles and hundreds of other automotive-related objects. To highlight some of our more recent acquisitions—and enlighten museum visitors about our collecting objectives—we have gathered a number of significant vehicles and related items for a special exhibition that will help celebrate our tenth anniversary. The wide variety of objects featured will assist visitors with understanding our acquisition priorities and explain the vital role that enthusiasts and historians continue to play in making our collection one of the nation’s finest.
