Before becoming an independent artist and resident of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Charles Maher worked as a designer for Ford Motor Company as well as with a Detroit firm designing production car graphics for GM, Honda, Ford, and Toyota. His work has been displayed at Concours d’Elegance events at Amelia Island, Meadow Brook, and Pebble Beach and has also appeared in publications such as Auto Week, Automobile, Road & Track, and Automobile Quarterly. He is a past president of the National Automotive Artists Association and is a current member of the Automotive Fine Art Society.
