Cruise-In & Road Trip to the Mullin Automotive Museum

July 27, 2014

JOIN CHECKERED FLAG MEMBERS as we start the day at the Petersen’s Monthly Breakfast Club Cruise-In, Sunday, July 27 at 8am, followed by a road trip on PCH—the Scenic Route— to The Mullin Automotive Museum in Oxnard. As many of you know, the Mullin Automotive Museum pays homage to the Art Deco and machine age eras when magnificent art and automobiles were created and celebrated.

Dating from the Brass Era (1905-1915) to World War II, the Mullin Collection features more than 140 objects. The core of the collection includes masterpieces of French curve coachwork and ingenious craftsmanship envisioned by gifted designers and engineers, producing beautiful Bugattis, Delages, Delahayes, Hispano-Suizas, Talbot- Lagos, and Voisins.

The museum houses the world’s largest private collection of Bugatti automobiles and we will experience the “ART OF BUGATTI” exhibition which “is the most formidable assemblage seen to date,” according to California Style For Men magazine.
