c. 1975 "AC Cobra" Junior Racer

Second Floor - Industry

The Cobra’s enduring popularity extended to children who could not yet drive but yearned to be part of the excitement. Several companies made powered, small-scale replicas of the Cobra for aspiring racers, and this fiberglass version is one of a surprisingly large number that has no manufacturer identification. Instead of an opening panel to give access to the rear-mounted four-stroke engine, the entire one-piece molded body is designed to be tilted up from the rear.
