1959 Connette Monza

Its name likely an alternative spelling of “Chinetti,” the last name of Ferrari’s first U.S.
importer, the race-ready Connette Monza was manufactured by the North
Hollywoodbased company Charcon, Inc. It was styled to resemble a Ferrari Monza, the
iconic Scagliettidesigned midcentury Ferrari. Intended for serious racing, it was
equipped with direct steering, coil spring suspension, an automatic clutch, and
Naugahyde trim.
