On Saturday, June 16, the Petersen Automotive Museum presents one of the largest and most interactive esport events of the year. The Petersen, in conjunction with Michelin and Forza Motorsport, will host an immersive Le Mans viewing party where you can watch Le Mans live and compete in person for digital on-track dominance in the Bobby Rahal Family Gallery. All attendees will have the chance to set a lap time in Forza, entering them to win an Xbox One S 500GB Console or Petersen Museum dual membership.
The ticket includes museum admission, access to the Bruce Meyer Family Gallery with regional auto industry aficionados, a 30-minute Le Mans focused Vault tour at 3:30 pm, food and drinks*, and DJ Sam Kofa. Food and drinks will be served from 2-4pm while supplies last.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the world's oldest active sports car race in endurance racing, held annually since 1923 near the town of Le Mans, France. It is one of the most prestigious automobile races in the world and is often called the "Grand Prix of Endurance and Efficiency."
“Le Mans takes the best out of everyone," says Tom Kristensen (aka “Mr. Le Mans”), a record nine-time Le Mans Champion. "Winning is important but it’s not everything. It’s such a big and great event in motorsport. You do more kilometres in that one race than Formula One do in a season, and probably a higher average speed. We average about 220 km/h including pit stops and cover nearly 5,000 km.”
