Distracted drivers, highway debris, a runaway ball: Any one of these can lead to an automobile accident for event the most cautious drivers. How do we retrain our reflexes so we make the safest choices?
Join us Saturday, November 9th at 1 pm for an afternoon talk with professional racing instructor Loren Elmer. Using his experience on the racetrack, Elmer exposes common driving errors and offers techniques to correct and improve our reactions behind the wheel. Topics addressed include unintended acceleration, collision aversion, and the unique challenges of teen driving. Elmer is currently an instructor at the Porsche Experience Center and also the author of Stay Alive While Driving! The Secrets of a Race Car Driver. Presentation will be followed by a book signing.
Event is free with Museum Admission. Light refreshments will be served.
