Join us for the Second Annual 4×4 Rally — an off-road expedition from Palm Springs to Las Vegas, cutting straight through the untamed heart of the Mojave Desert. Led by the trail legends at KC HiLiTES, this rally is more than a drive — it’s a dirt-fueled journey across remote desert passes, rugged terrain, and wide-open landscapes made for throttle therapy. Each route is hand-curated by KC’s off-road experts, blending epic scenery with light technical trails that’ll keep your rig—and your adrenaline—fully engaged. Ride alongside a crew of fellow 4×4 enthusiasts, swap stories under desert skies, and push your build through miles of pure off-road bliss.
Cap it all off with an arrival in Las Vegas and a visit to the legendary SEMA Show — the pinnacle of automotive innovation and off-road culture.

Day 1: Palm Springs → Joshua Tree
The adventure launches with a welcome breakfast in Palm Springs, then it’s time to hit the dirt. After a quick briefing, we roll out with KC HiLiTES leading the charge into the Mojave’s rugged terrain. Expect dust, views, and adrenaline as we trailblaze toward Joshua Tree, breaking midday for a scenic trail lunch. We roll into AutoCamp by evening—then it’s dinner, desert vibes, and rally stories around the fire
Day 2: Joshua Tree → Las Vegas
Fuel up with breakfast, pack up, and get ready to dive back into the dirt. We depart Joshua Tree at 9:30 AM and head straight into a full day of off-road exploration, cutting through remote desert trails with epic views and wide-open terrain. A quick trail lunch keeps us moving as we make the final push into Las Vegas—rolling in around 4:30 PM. After check-in, we’ll cap the day with a well-earned group dinner and raise a glass to an unforgettable ride
Day 3: SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas
Ease into the day with breakfast at the hotel. If you're wrapping up your journey, be sure to check out and pack up—or let the Petersen team know if you're extending your stay. At 9:30 AM, it’s time to dive into the main event: the legendary SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Explore the cutting edge of the automotive world with exclusive access, hands-on exhibits, and the OPTIMA Hospitality experience. It’s the perfect high-octane finish to an unforgettable off-road rally
