Gran Turismo Lusso: Grand Touring Luxury

Introduced at the 1962 Paris Salon, Ferrari’s 250 GT Lusso was a grand touring car designed by Pininfarina and constructed by coachbuilder Carrozzeria Scaglietti. Built from 1962-1964 as a replacement for the 250 GT Coupé, it represented a new focus on luxury and comfort to complement Ferrari’s renowned performance. The all-new interior arrangement was highlighted by a revised dash panel and leather upholstery throughout the cabin. Chassis improvements included four-wheel disc brakes and coil-over shock absorbers at all four corners. The 351 examples built made it the most-produced Ferrari model at that point.

Collection of Tomy and Lacy Drissi.

This Vehicle featured in the Maranello Masterpieces exhibition in ‘The Vault’.
