Sign-ups are required to ensure we have enough supplies for all participants; if you show up on the day of the event without signing up, we may not have the materials needed for you to join in. General Admission to the Museum is not included and is required to attend.
About the Event
The Mini Motors workshop series is a hands-on adventure for your kids (ages 7-11) to explore the world of cars. Join us on the first Saturday every other month from 9:00 am to 10:00 am for a journey filled with experiments, cool art projects, and a chance to explore the awesome car collection at the museum. The workshop is free with the purchase of museum admission.
This month’s theme is Cars + Inventions on Saturday, October 04 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Discover how inventions have shaped the cars we see today, then put on your inventor's hat and create your very own car-inspired gadget. Who knows? Your invention might just be the next big thing!
